Andoni Iraola has confirmed that Florian Wirtz is a doubt for the upcoming Carabao Cup fixture against Chelsea. The playmaker was forced off during Liverpool's Premier League victory over Brighton Hove Albion. Additionally, the Liverpool boss addressed Wirtz's current goalless run in the Premier League this season. Iraola admitted that the specific position the player occupies within the team structure will not naturally lend itself to him scoring goals on a regular basis.
