Andy Burnham Forced To Issue Embarrassing Correction Over Ann Widdecombe PMQs Gaffe

Prime Minister Andy Burnham has issued a correction after claiming during PMQs that a man was responsible for the murder of former Tory MP Ann Widdecombe. Joshua Kerry, 28, was arrested on suspicion of murder after Widdecombe, 78, was found dead in Devon. A trial is scheduled for June 8 next year. Burnham faced accusations of breaching the presumption of innocence, as no one has been found guilty of the killing of the former Tory MP.
