BBC drops Drag Race UK after eight series

The BBC has confirmed it is dropping RuPaul's Drag Race UK after several series as part of massive cuts. The programme, which launched stars like La Voix and Baga Chipz, will no longer be broadcast on BBC Three. Future series of the show are set to move to a streaming platform owned by its production company. This decision marks the end of the show's tenure with the broadcaster following its successful run on the network.
