Cardiff city centre offices to be turned into student accommodation

Offices located on one of the most affluent streets in Cardiff city centre are set to be transformed into student accommodation. This development aims to restore the significance of the properties, which was diminished during their use as office spaces. The project will convert these commercial buildings into flats, with the new residential units expected to be ready for occupancy starting from next summer, enhancing the local urban landscape through this strategic repurposing of existing infrastructure.
