Domestic abuser who fled to Thailand jailed

Nicholas Cash, a domestic abuser, was jailed after fleeing to Thailand, where he established a new life and married a local woman before his arrest last year. In a separate case, rapists from Afghanistan who targeted a teenage Christmas shopper were imprisoned. Three of the perpetrators fled to Birmingham following the unimaginable attack, but they were eventually brought to justice. Both cases involve criminals attempting to evade legal consequences by relocating to different countries.
