F1 star axed by team as Ferrari driver replaces him for the rest of the season

Haas has axed F1 driver Esteban Ocon for the remainder of the season, ensuring he will never race for the team again. This decision follows Ocon denying reports regarding a violent altercation with his team boss. Consequently, Ferrari driver Rafael Camara has been appointed as his replacement, starting with this weekend's Sao Paulo Grand Prix. The change ensures a new driver fills the seat for the rest of the 2026 F1 season following Ocon's permanent removal.
