Green light for new £3.5m health centre in town

Film studios have received approval for expansion, providing additional land for set-building and outdoor filming for movie and TV productions. Simultaneously, a new £3.5m Medi-Tech health centre has been granted the green light for development within the town. Once operational, this facility will provide essential diagnostic tests and minor surgeries to the local community. Both projects represent significant infrastructure growth, enhancing the regional capacity for both the creative arts and healthcare services.
