Heritage buildings not at risk after regeneration

The 18th century Grade II listed Bidston Windmill in Wirral has been added to the heritage at risk list due to the need for urgent repairs. Conversely, several heritage buildings have been removed from the Heritage at Risk register following successful regeneration efforts. This includes the Loftus Conservation Area, which is no longer considered at risk.
