'Important' coastal path post sold at auction

Two closed council care homes, Briar Close Care Home and Thomas Colledge House, have been sold at auction for £960,000 and £780,000 respectively. Additionally, the Exmoor National Park Authority has auctioned a wooden fingerpost from an important coastal path.
