Lorry full of Warburtons bread sheds its load across carriageway

A Warburtons bread lorry overturned near junctions 60 and 61 of the A1 near Bowburn, south of Durham, this morning. The vehicle smashed into the reservation barrier, causing its load of loaves to scatter across both carriageways. This incident resulted in the lorry blocking the major road as bread was shed across the carriageway.
