Lucy Letby public inquiry report findings to be published after repeated delays – latest updates

The Thirlwall inquiry is preparing to publish findings regarding how Lucy Letby murdered infants at a Chester neonatal unit. Reports indicate Letby was reassigned to administrative duties in July 2016 following consultant concerns. Although hospital executives conducted internal reviews into rising mortality rates during 2015 and 2016, Cheshire Constabulary was not notified until May 2017.
