Major Soho development gets green light

A major retail and office development in Soho has received official approval. The project encompasses the former site of 20th Century Fox. While the overall plan is authorised, the Soho Society has expressed opposition to a specific element of the proposal. This contested feature involves the construction of an archway designed to connect Dean Street and Soho Square. The development aims to revitalise the area through a combination of commercial and professional spaces.
