Alexander Scott-Bowen has been sentenced by Bristol Crown Court after admitting to sniffing the feet of young girls. The court heard that the man would engage the victims in conversation before grabbing their feet. Scott-Bowen confessed that his motives for these attacks were driven by his own sexual gratification. Following the legal proceedings, the identity and image of the man have been released to the public to document the crimes committed against the girls.
