Man who drugged and raped wife found many men ‘whose fantasy is an unconscious woman’, court told

Nine men are on trial at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court for participating in or encouraging the abuse of a woman at a Stockport home. The husband, who admitted multiple offences, drugged and raped his wife for over twenty years. Prosecutors state the defendants led double lives to indulge barbaric fantasies involving unconscious women. While the husband confessed, the nine other men deny the charges related to the sexual assaults and online encouragement of the crimes.
