Man who drugged and raped wife with strangers 'led double life'

A Stockport man is accused of leading a double life of respectability while drugging and raping his wife with strangers. The jury heard that the defendant used others to fulfil barbaric fantasies against his spouse. Nine other men are currently on trial, denying a series of charges related to their alleged involvement in these crimes. The prosecution claims the husband masked his true nature to facilitate these attacks while maintaining a respectable public image.
