Much-loved Stockport pub shut for three years announces opening date and new landlords after £1m revamp

A popular Stockport pub on Lisburne Lane, which closed in November 2023 after 56 years of trading, has announced its reopening date and new landlords. The venue was acquired by Joseph Holt and underwent a £1m revamp. Conversely, Bragazzis, a well-regarded café in Sheffield, has announced its sudden closure after operating for 23 years. These developments mark significant changes for local hospitality businesses in both the Stockport and Yorkshire regions of the United Kingdom.
