‘Obsessed’ Billie Piper fan jailed for stalking former Doctor Who star

Philip Jerome has been jailed on his birthday following an obsessive stalking campaign targeting former Doctor Who star Billie Piper. The court heard that Jerome breached a stalking prevention order through a series of events, which included messaging the actress's family members and creating AI images of her. The judge noted Jerome's sexual interest in the star during the proceedings. He was sentenced on Tuesday after the legal system addressed his persistent harassment and breach of orders.
