Peter Kay gatecrashes live BBC weather report

Comedian Peter Kay, aged 53, caused chaos by gatecrashing a live BBC North West Tonight weather report delivered by Molly Brewer. This stunt occurred 15 years after Kay similarly interrupted a broadcast by the late Dianne Oxberry. The unexpected appearance left viewers in hysterics and the presenter frazzled. Brewer later admitted she was unsure how Oxberry had managed the disruption during the previous incident, marking a return to Kay's history of interrupting BBC weather forecasts.
