Actress Phyllida Law has died peacefully at home surrounded by her family aged 94. A prolific performer across stage, TV, and film, Law enjoyed a career spanning eight decades, including roles alongside her daughters, Emma and Sophie Thompson. Born in Glasgow, she trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre school. Her death was confirmed by granddaughter Gaia Wise and manager Jacky Leggo, who noted she passed away supremely peacefully after a revered career in comedy, musicals, and drama.
