Police officer charged with sexual assault

PC Austin Travis has been charged with sexual assault following reports of alleged incidents occurring within Oxford city centre. Separately, 34-year-old Nathan Owens is appearing at Preston Crown Court, where he denies charges of murder, strangulation, and GBH. The court heard allegations that the victim, a teenager, was engaged in sexual activity in her room at the time of the incident.
