Prostitution ring jailed after trafficking women from Europe into UK

Three men have been jailed for operating a substantial and sophisticated human trafficking ring across Scotland, England, and Wales. Led by George Filip, the crime group targeted more than a dozen vulnerable women, trafficking at least 16 victims from Europe into the UK. These women were brought into the country specifically to be forced into work as sex workers. The court proceedings concluded with the imprisonment of the individuals responsible for managing this organised prostitution network.
