Anton Du Beke ‘embarrassed’ after being stabbed by his own father

Anton Du Beke has dismissed claims that Strictly Come Dancing is in trouble, despite the BBC show facing lukewarm reviews for its presenting trio and declining viewing figures. Having joined the judging panel for his sixth full season, the former professional dancer remains unconcerned by the current discourse. Separately, Du Beke has spoken about a distressing personal event from his mid-twenties, stating he felt embarrassed after being stabbed by his own father during a violent family incident.
