Suspect arrested over fire at Nazis' WWII 'Eagle's Nest' retreat

German police have detained a suspect following a fire at the Kehlsteinhaus, Adolf Hitler's former mountain retreat known as the Eagle's Nest. Located on the Obersalzberg peak in Bavaria, the remote site required approximately 200 firefighters to combat the blaze. Authorities confirmed the arrest on Saturday as emergency services worked to tackle the fire at the historic Nazi residence in southern Germany, which is situated in a difficult-to-access part of the region.
