Swansea restaurant to close again and be transformed into a wellness resort

A Swansea restaurant is set to close once more to be transformed into a wellness resort, marking its second major change within two years. Meanwhile, a former Swansea bar, previously described as an eyesore and shut for several years, is slated for redevelopment. This vacant venue is expected to be replaced by the construction of 16 flats, reflecting a broader trend of urban transformation and repurposing of commercial spaces within the local Swansea area.
