The Lives of Others at Adelphi Theatre review: Keira Knightley's return to the stage is revolutionary

Keira Knightley returns to the London stage after 15 years in The Lives of Others at the Adelphi Theatre. In this slick portrayal of Stasi surveillance, Knightley plays Christa, an actor within the German Democratic Republic during the 1980s. Her partner, Georg, played by Luke Thompson, possesses the favour of party apparatchiks. Critics describe Knightley's performance as a beautiful enigma and her return to the theatre as revolutionary, marking a significant comeback for the actress.
