Three more data centres planned for green belt site

Riverdale Developments has proposed the construction of over 150 homes on green belt land, with half of these properties designated for affordable housing. Additionally, plans have been submitted for three further data centres on a green belt site. These new facilities are intended to be situated adjacent to another complex that received government approval during the summer. Both residential and industrial developments are targeting protected green belt areas for these specific expansion projects.
