Victoria Beckham’s florist wins High Court trademark battle over £4m a year business

Whitney Bromberg Hawkings, the founder of luxury florist Flowerbx Ltd, has won a High Court trademark battle against a rival company. The competing firm had established itself using a name almost identical to the business launched by the former fashionista in 2015. Flowerbx Ltd, which is hired by Victoria Beckham and generates £4m annually, successfully defended its brand identity in court to prevent the rival company from operating under the confusingly similar name.
