West Ham have appointed Scott Parker as head coach following the sacking of Nuno Espírito Santo. The former midfielder has signed a two-and-a-half year contract to lead the team, currently eighth in the Championship. Parker, known as a promotion specialist after leading Burnley, Bournemouth, and Fulham to the Premier League, aims to spark a revival after two consecutive defeats. He takes charge of his first match against Cardiff on Wednesday, bringing clear ambition to the club.
